Help us grow GetMaterials and make it more useful for students every day.
We’re looking for an energetic and responsible Application Manager to help manage and grow the GetMaterials platform.
In this role, you’ll work across content, students, teachers, colleges, communities, and social media. You’ll make sure GetMaterials stays active, useful, and engaging for students.

What You’ll Do
📚 Manage GetMaterials Content
Add and manage study materials on the platform.
Organize materials by course, subject, semester, college, and category.
Create and manage polls, quizzes, and other educational content.
Review uploaded content and ensure it is properly categorized.
Identify useful content that students may find valuable.
Keep the platform fresh with new and relevant content.
🎓 Grow Student & Teacher Communities
Invite students to join and actively use GetMaterials.
Connect with teachers, lecturers, and educators.
Encourage students and teachers to contribute study materials.
Build relationships with colleges and student communities.
Explore opportunities to introduce GetMaterials to colleges, departments, and student groups.
Help increase registrations, content uploads, and active users.
🏫 College Outreach
Research colleges and identify potential communities to reach.
Help onboard colleges, students, and teachers to GetMaterials.
Communicate with student representatives, clubs, and college communities.
Coordinate college-focused campaigns and activities.
Maintain records of colleges and outreach activities.
📱 Social Media Management
Manage GetMaterials social media pages.
Publish posts, announcements, quizzes, polls, educational content, and campaigns.
Help create content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
Respond to comments and messages when required.
Monitor engagement and identify content that performs well.
Help grow GetMaterials' online student community.
📊 Application Operations
Regularly check the GetMaterials website and application.
Identify content, usability, or operational issues and report them to the appropriate team.
Coordinate with developers when issues need technical attention.
Track daily/weekly activities and growth.
Suggest new features, content ideas, and improvements based on user feedback.

You’ll Have an Advantage If You Have
Experience managing social media pages or online communities.
Experience working with student communities or college clubs.
Experience in content management.
Experience with digital marketing or community building.
Experience using tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar platforms.
Experience managing websites or mobile applications.

Freshers and students with good communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
